You will be responsible for overseeing various operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and implementation of Balance4ward’s internal and external IT and Systems strategies
  • Continually optimize key operational processes to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with organizational goals and strategy
  • Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Manage vendor partnerships, partnering with them to deliver required outcomes
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics and operational insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of the company’s facilities
  • Provide training and support to team members on operational processes, tools, and systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Experience in Hubspot, Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Certification in operations management or related disciplines (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management
